I know this was directed at Gray, but Oscar, I believe there are some pics over at MWR, but I haven't looked yet. Also, I believe some numbers were thrown around over there the last time I saw a post about it.

Howard at westcoastime and MWR has the SAR with auto eta and at 46mm for $585.-$535.(bracelet extra)....so why go through all this trouble to install a eta into the J-Sar....isn't the J-Sar also 46mm....is it the dial that everyone likes on the J-Sar and aren't the cases the same except for height face4.gif

That might be a misprint. I thought the SAR, GSAR and TSAR were all the same case size. The only difference being the lume, hands and movement. I just double checked over at MWR and their site says 46mm on case size for all 3 of those, so I'm not sure how they're doing their measurements. My GSAR can't be bigger than 42mm excluding lugs:?. It's roughly the same size as my SMP, just taller and chunkier. I'll check over at CountyComm too.

CountyComm lists the case size as 46mm also and the JSAR as 46.6mm, but when you look at the side by side comparison picture, there's a HUGE difference. Still not sure how they're measuring their cases though.

TY....I can see how the j-SAR would be more desirable with the larger bezel and viewing area.....I wonder what the modders are using for a retainer ring......I would do this mod myself if all it took was a swapping of movementshand6.gif I searched the MWR but no pics ...I would like to see what hands are being used...

I found one pic of the one Jack did and it has a different set of hands. The search I ran was 'automatic JSAR'. I didn't find any mention of price either, so I may have been mistaken or saw it somewhere else.
