That's a steal for that watch, if you can handle one:Dcool10.gifIf I known they were going to be on sale prior to my other purchases, I would buy one.

I should have just remembered the pics of the one you purchased.  I ordered the black one just before I got one of the girls from gymnastics.

Thanks O.

The black would have been my choice this time around and you will love it E!...Congratshand6.gif....knowing you E from a manufacturing and engineering standpoint you will really appreciate it...the use of combination od/id lug screws is amazing and even the link screws are double the size of any I have seen used....the caseback is huge as is the crystal yourock.gif

....I can't pull it off on the bracelet as Johnny can with his 10 in. wrist but the rubber strap which again is very custom and the buckle fits me well and that is what I wore mine on and for diving the huge size does not matter and is a big advantage imo...forgot to mention lume is Awesome...I may have to break out my silver one but if there are any left next week at this price I will snag another....this price with the extra 15% off is just way too good to pass up....not only because it is a spectactular watch but it is a COSC Val.7750 and no way can you buy that alone for $1075. TY again Nick for the enabler Buddy....good looking out!perfect.gif

I told myself last night when I went to bed if there were still watches available this morning I was going to buy another one...

So I get up, check out the thread and see Huck's post that only yellow dials were left....as many of you know my wife has one rule when it comes to buying watches, I can buy ANYTHING I want as long as it does not have a YELLOW dial, she hates everything yellow, watches, cars, trucks, etc.

So now I have a dilemma, but then I see my "good buddy" Oscar's post that said "the yellow is the nicest IMHO"....soooo I show the post to my lovely wife and say "sweetie, here's a guy that really knows his watches and in his opinion he thinks the yellow is the nicest one available".

Now I'm not sure if that's what did it or if the fact I just bought her a $5,000 sewing machine helped, but the outcome was a a new yellow dial 12000 footer is incoming.  snoopy1.gif

I choose to believe it was the former rather than the later, so thanks Oscar, you da man!!!!

I also agree with Oscar on the rubber strap instead of the bracelet, wears much nicer on rubber....the problem I had with the rubber strap that came with my silver dial is with my woman's size wrist I could pretty much almost wrap it around twice.  So I purchased a 24mm rubber strap and cut it down to 20mm to fit the lugs and it looks great....here's a couple pics, it's not perfect but this was the first shot at it.

Hey Oscar, every one of these watches I've seen have the year 2005 on the back, the first year of production.....i believe they were going to make a limited number, around 350, per year.  Do you know if any were made other than in 2005?
