The translation states the following:

"Rolex 1601 in stainless steel with 18kt White Gold Fluted Bezel."

The price
on the sales receipt of $1290 is in Hong Kong Dollars, which
translates to approximately $250 CAD at the time of the purchase.

Wait...

There's more.

These images are of the two original Rolex Passports made from leather.
I'm not sure how these are use in conjunction with the watch.

The original box and the paper work are with my paternal uncle, however the watch is currently with my maternal uncle in Hong Kong. The watch won't arrive until September 2013I will remind my dad to get the box back.

Please note:

These items are not For Sale due to the family history. This watch will be finally reunited after a 34 year absence.

I will require assistance as to what those two green passports actually do and how the paper work fit inside of them. Please feel to contribute any knowledge of Rolex memorabilia.

Cheers,
Simon
