I've just got a hamilton khaki frogman.
Not my pic (thanks to op for this pic), but same watch.

I like the black rubber strap. The Green canvas is waaaayyy too new and stiff and doesn't allow the watch to fit well.
I've always like the look of orange straps on certain watches and am interested to know if anyone knows where to get one that fits this watch.
I know I've seen that Hamilton has had a similar one on the Air Race GMT

Lug size is
22 mm.
Would like to stick with an authentic Hamilton if all possible.

Thanks guys!

Robert

Your Welcome Robert! subtlelaugh.gif

BTW - I have the black rubber for the Frogman, but my experience is the same as yours with the canvas. I have resided to nato straps with mine.

Here are a few other shots of that watch...

And another alternative that works well, a GasGasBones velcro strap. GGB straps are hand-made and very comfortable.

Hope this helps...

Bill

Thanks,
Those are some of the best shots of that watch I could find... mine don't do it justice.

I ended up finding the X-copter one from ebay:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/HAMILTON-cinturino-arancione-X-COPTER-orange-strap-H600-766-100-ref-H600766100-/121183135740?

Should have it in a few days to convert the look of the watch to work with October/Halloween.

Thought about the green nato strap also. gotta go look for one of those now also.
