Have you wound your watches lately?

If you have not wound your watches in the past week or so then set down, clear your mind, and be one with your watches.  Who knows it may help you to relax and lower blood pressure, and can beneficial to your collection.

This is brought to you by the letter T and the number 3

I normally wind my watches manually about once to twice a month wearing them or not.

Is there any good rules of thumb?
