I was not a moderator on the DOXA Forum...

I encourage freedom of speech...I always will...

I am not upset I was fred, nor will I ever be.  I am not attempting to be part of any solution to it.

Time will allow things...

Many who know me well, know I am not a fan of certan DOXA practices...

Gentlemen!!

Rest your sphincters!!

Probably not appropriate or appreciated but I will take any opportunity to drop that line...

Let's not get too personal and keep it to the facts.

I never though I might be a voice of reason...

Vargas.....I don't own a DOXA, think they are far overpriced for what they are and will never own one (I think most on here and WUS can also verify that money is not the issue).  What I do question is your audacity in coming on this forum, taking free discussion, spinning to the worst possible meaning and attacking members in good standing.

That said, I tend to believe what you say about DOXA, simply because of posts I have read in the past on this and other forums.  So I won't open myself up to attack by you because you think a "partial" statement may be accusing you of being a liar, let's just say I take everything you said about DOXA at face value.  And then, let's point out that you were a DOXA employee that supported the business and the way they did it, not only behind the scenes, but as a very public admin on their very heavy handed official forum...................until you felt personally wronged because of some pay and/or treatment issue.  ONLY THEN DID YOU SPEAK OUT AS TO THE CRAP THEY WERE PULLING ON THEIR CUSTOMERS!!

It is simply my opinion, that this makes all of your subsequent whining the non-issue of some petulant child.  It makes you as dishonest, unethical and immoral as you claim your former employers to be.  If you think about it, especially in the position you were in, you were the public face that assisted DOXA in duping their customers.  Somewhere, I read that you had a PhD (perhaps I am mistaken).  Obviously, it is not a degree in business ethics.

This forum was actually very supportive of your position if you had bothered to research it, so, now, a few points............1) your post will not be deleted. 2) If you want to come on the forum and earn the respect of its members, you are certainly welcome.  3) we would look forward to any information that you can impart that would make us more knowledgeable (as opposed to unsubstantiated personal attacks) 4)  For the most part, we don't have "problem children" here..........and we are not looking for one!  5) Oscar and I have discussed the problems with the Caribbean, long prior to your posts here, and, at best, his treatment by DOXA was NOT quality customer service (strangely, Oscar has been a huge DOXA supporter in the past).

So here's the bottom line.....I am not accusing you of lying and I am not mocking you.  I am stating that in my opinion, you knowingly supported unethical behavior on the watch community until it no longer met your own personal needs.  I am also accusing you of acting like an injured, petulant child, when it appears, that you participated heavily in injuring others.

If you don't like what we have to say, you are welcome to post your differences, but if you want to get into a war of words..........I can guarantee you...you will lose!

Hey Pax,

It was a pleasure to serve you, and all the DOXA clients, that is why I held out for so long.  I just wonder who is going to champion them when they need it.

Anyway if you ever need me, I will be there for you.

John

You couldnt be more wrong...I wish I was free to explain it.  However, I do have one person here who can vouch for my character should he chose to do so.

I am a tell it like it is kind of guy.

Education...JD, and higher.

I am confident that those who know me, can speak for me.  It does me no good to praise myself.

I can asssure you this, I have never took part in anything that was unethical business wise or anything else in life for that matter.

Steve will attest, that I for one do not like PM's.  I prefer everythig out in the open.

Many of my posts were deleted as well.

While employed with DOXA, I did evrything for the customer, and treated them as I would have wanted to be treated.

John................as stated above....3T supported you when we got he news.  If you want to move on, so do we.  You are welcome here as a contributor.  Let's simply call this a misunderstanding...discuss anything you like openly, but do not misconstrue remarks and use them as a basis for an attack.  There is a reason for pm and there is a reason for open forum.  Some things, perhaps, should not be out in the open until one is absolutely sure as to intent.

Not everything everyone says here is appreciated by all..............but I can guarantee you that 99.9% of it is left standing, unedited and uncensored.

Doxa chronometer COSC, Look at the balance wheel Spoke it flares, with incabloc shock

Doxa Mil Ed standard 2824-2, but with incabloc, notice wheel spokes are straight.

Now look at eta chart for what type of material is use on balance wheel section below for different grade of movement, and shock system

Now that you have seen all this info are they the same grade or identical movement?
