Just pre-ordered this diver from a new startup company called Korsbek (located in Washington State).
  • 44mm x 17.6mm
  • ETA 2824
  • 1500m wr (tested)
  • flush mount HRV
  • 24mm lugs
  • domed AR coated crystal
  • Swiss made
for a very reasonable price, imho.  Will be shipped in April/May 2008 (limited run of 100, I have #47).

That one looks good Steve.  Really like the simple dial and hands.  It does look similar to a Kobold.  I'm sure you'll post some pics after you receive it.

It does have that "kobold-ish" appeal...  and will post plenty of pics and impressions when I get it on my wrist...  ;)

Looks nice, Steve although I, like the others see Kobold in there... Final price of $850 is too much for an uproven imho, but I don't know jack about the company. Anything to distiguish this company from all the others?toon1.gif

Nothing yet Mark...  but I've taken chances on startups before, kept some, flipped some... so we will see.  If Poul delivers on the product as advertised, I think I will be pleased with it... ;)

Reminds me of the LM-6.  The lugs are different on the LM-6.  Steve cant wait to see it.
