Hello all! Happy birthday to Trent!
Back home now... Been 2 days on the frozen cabine: It's been down to -20C lately there and the little iced river went out of it's bed, took the cabin all around with 30cm thick of pure ice:shock: I'm glad the door is up 1.5 meter off the ground. As I had to walk 1 kilometer in 40cm deep snow in -13C at night to come there:D
Been enjoying my Epos during those 2 days and still wear it tonight.

Wow! You must really enjoy that cabin. I'm not sure I ever wanted to be anywhere enough to make a trek like that!

Glad your Epos kept up with you; He-man subtlelaugh.gif

This one arrived yesterday...(definitely something different from Seiko IMO)...a bit of a Flieger/Diver combo and anyone familiar with the Sinn 657 will have to agree there is more than a similarity in appearance here due to the dial design and narrower bezel (3, 6, 9, 12 designators on a Seiko dial?)...like I said something different from Seiko IMO, but so far I think I really like this one.

Q&D's in not so good light are all I have right now, but I'm intent on getting better pics and posting up a comparo to the Sumo (due to size similarity) and maybe some other Seikos.

Chris,

Love that watchThumbsup3.gif. Going to be a slow buying year for me, but that is one I intend to own....give us/me an update after you've worn it a bit, please.

Oh..and back to the Oris for tonight:D

It's good for the lungs;)
All the way, there was fresh traces of a big moose. I was hoping to not meet him and all I found out at the end is that he craped in front of my cabin

Thank you Tony...thankyou.gif ....I will definitely plan on providing an update on this one (both a more detailed initial impression and then an update later).

Liking this one so far...including the very functional and simple overall design.

Will, I am fairly sure you have posted this just to mess with our dumb asses in the US.;)

What the heck is -20 C?;)

And 1.5 m your door off the ground and ice and 30CM and you walked a km?;)

I'm lost... but I do understand a moose crapped at your doorstep!subtlelaugh.gif

Still wearing my new arrival, Seiko Prospex Air Diver 200m, the SUMO in black.

ThumbsUp02.gif congratulations!!! Awesome watch, so photogenicsubtlelaugh.gif
it is one of my favorite Seiko though I favor the blue model which I'm looking for gently used. Both would be ideal mistake.gif I missed a nice black one on WUS a few days ago by minutes:(
wear it in good health! Brice

Thanks, Brice. You really picked the right word: the Sumos are photogenic. I have the blue one too and will soon post them both side by side. I hope you can get one although I'd reco you snag the black one first.hand6.gif
