WooHoo Brice...I think this one must have landed while I was off on vacation!!!

Simply Spectacular!!!thumbsup.gif

thankyou.gif buddy! After I got my first Doxa I just fell in love with the watch and sold a few pieces to buy this 1200T Searambler to add my 750T Sharkhunter. Now I'm selling a few more to afford a Caribbean dial Doxa. This may just be the perfect watch for me!

So where did you go on vaca?

Excellent Brice!...stayed close to home...camping in the Colorado rockies with the family...you'll be glad to know that I took your #43 Bali Ha'i as the 1 and only watch for the entire week (it handled the hiking, mountain biking, and lot's of fly fishing without missing a beat!).  I posted these Saturday, but here are a couple "in the element" shots.

There is a history here at 3T regarding reNOto watches. It involves a number of issues members have had with the watches and the company. I can't comment on them as I have never owned one. But, there is bad blood here (I believe) concerning the brand.

Hopefully, this will explain some of the comments.

I believe you are aware of the issue with that brand on 3T....you will get the same reaction from a half dozen other knowledgeable watch forums as well...simple solution is to not post them....nuff said.thankyou.gif

To set this record straight. I NEVER  knew this brand was a forbidden fruit here, until today when mcwright just posted the problems some members here have had....But I have had superior service w/ this brand WHEN any issues arised...my 2 cents..........................William

For the Non-Aware WIS like me who don't know ANYTHING about the history, in all honesty, I am surprised and wondering if there is a somewhere a list banned watch brands we should know about so we can avoid this unecessary type of posts? Though I would think one would have the freedom to post a pic of any watch as long as the pic does not contain anything offensive/cruel/pornographic... in it

not to mention, IIRC you've posted it before!  I've seen renotos on daily watch before!

Hey William you're right I don't know you but you will note every time you've put up a reNOto I've gotten all over it. I'm not gonna pussyfoot around. I don't like reNOtos and don't like seeing them here at 3T. If I want to see that kind of watch I know exactly where to find a forum which welcomes them with open arms. I believe you know where that forum is too. As far as I am concerned this is nothing more than a junk brand made for TV over hyped POS and I am doing a publice service by exposing them for what they are rather than buying into the BS thrown about by those hawking such crap. You knew full well 3T is not a forum to post a reNOto and you've done it repeatedly. I'm tired of it and don't want to see them here anymore plain and simple. My advice is dump them to some goobers. You don't have to like what I'm saying or me for that matter. It's immaterial to me. There are no banned brands or rules for posting any brands. There is just me and my loathing of this brand which I will continue to decry publicly. Remember 3T is an independent forum. We are not financed by any brand and are therefore free to express our opinions. I believe I've made my opinion perfectly clear.

Bout time you speak up, As I have stated multiple times here today, I DIDNT KNOW ANY SUCH THING about the renotos as you call them. I personally have never seen you BASH me or my pieces, SO dont pussyfoot around  cuz I WONT....I could care less of what you think about me or the brand that Im wearing & I will give you some credit as to your BELIEFS of this brand but I started collecting ALL  types of brands @ 1st & now I know the difference , but I still like the few I have.....You could of been more civil to me & PM'd me about your hatred for this brand Instead you decided to TRY to humiliate me infront of other members here .........BIG EGO SYNDROME is what it's called...If I get banned from here for speaking my mind then so be it...I came to this forum because you guys appreciate FINE TIMEPIECES not like the other forum . My collecting appreciation has change drasticlly over the years & I FINALLY realized the crap I was collecting & I have switched my taste in timepieces to ones comparible to the ones posted her.....SO ONCE AGAIN I DID NOT KNOW TRULY DID NOT KNOW THIS WAS FORBIDEN  TERRITORY HERE UNTIL mcwright explained it on the forum.................William  BTW  I have almost sold every renoto I own
