Switch! This is huge for me: It was agaisnt my religion but I took the step today as buying my first Asian watch.
Offcourse I had to buy something good and made myself this little present for my B.day. Some quick shots for you guysparty.gif

You will love this one Trust me...I will join you this evening, you have made up my mind for me.

I prefer your dial though.

You would not believe my luck: I wanted a roman dial after trying your dial model in the shop: Them only one...
Then my watchmaker told me that he had a personnal one he bought for himself and didn't wear more than a day and was willing to give me a broken price for it. Here it is for 600 buks. Seriously, I saw Swiss trades giving less for that... So it's official, I am converted and this Seiko will have a standing place in my collection

This is like Seikos top end range before they go into the spring drives for automatics, it glides along at 28.800 VPH
, Hacks is one great dress watch. It is a masterpiece IMHO by Seiko.
Enjoy!

I agree on that Oscar...When we say "Asian" we think Chinese for the most. The Japanese quality exceed that and been exceeding them all in engineering since long. The Premier seems to be a very high grade and I've been reading people saying that this movement got his place among good ETA without any problem. Well honestly, just by looking very closely on it, a good eye can see the simplicity and strongness who makes a reliable movement. Time will show! For the watch case and dial : Whaoo...This is worked out...
