Celebrating our 22nd wedding anniversary. Special activities today with this watch and with the woman I've known for 26 years.

Thanks Graham, Oscar and Tony. 22 years sped by in a flash.

Tony, the picture of my PP Travel Time was taken at 3:34pm, Auckland time. This is designated by the gold hour hand between the 3 and 4. It doesn't appear as gold because of reflections and it appears on the photo as black. The pointer on the 24 hour subdial shows the time at almost 1600H and thus confirms to me that in my HOME ZONE of Auckland, the time (am or pm) is what the gold hand shows and what the 24 hour subdial confirms.

All the hands of the watch are in black and once the re-set buttons are pushed as I move from time zone to time zone, the main black hand either moves forward or backward depending on whether I am travelling east or west.  Once the re-set buttons are pressed and the black hour hand moves forward or backward, a concealed GOLD hour hand hidden behind the main black hour hand appears. This is the only gold hand among all the black hands. Therefore the gold hand stays where it is serving as a reminder to me of the time in my HOME ZONE.

The re-set button at the 8 to 9 section is the button I press whenever I head eastward. 1 press of this button and the black hour hand moves an hour....press twice and the hour hand moves forward by 2 hours....so forth and so on.

When I travel westward, I press the re-set button at the 9 to 10 section. This reverses the black hour hand by an hour for every press I make....2 presses and the black hour goes back 2 hours....so forth and so on.

The black hands showing time at 1134am is the time of an east Asian country that I track.....4 hours behind Auckland time.

So at one glance, I will know exactly the time in 2 time zones including the am and pm hours of my home zone. By keeping the main hands black, wherever I am I will always know my prime or relevant real time and I just need to glance at the gold hand to know the time at home.ThumbsUp02.gif
