William, thanks again. Here is the history on this MOD, I purchased a Corvette branded watch from Skipdawg/John about 2 years ago with the intention of Modding it. Here it is in original form I had contacted Duarte at NEWW to do the work, but he told me the dial would not work. I then contacted Oldecrow/Chris a forum member and he said he would look at it. Sent him all the parts and he to said the dial was just a little to big for the case. Chris then thought he could file it down to make it work...which obviously it did and this beauty was born. The case and bezel are nothing new, Zinex uses it and so did Deep Blue. The engine is an ETA 2824. This watch is 300m WR. Double o ring caseback and crown. Chris massaged the movement a bit and it winds like butter and keeps time at -2/4 seconds a day. There you have it.
