Now switching to my latest creation I finished yesterday night...

That's beautiful William...would like to hear more technical details regarding this latest build!  thumbsup.gif

This isn't the 60mm piece you were referring to, is it?  I can't fully tell from the angles, but it doesn't look to be 60mm???

Thanks Chris! This is a 47mm "Radiomir" case. I bought many parts and movements over the last 2 years and now I start to mount me some watches with them. The 60mm incoming is still on it's way...

Thanks! I saw pictures of originals Radiomir from the 40´s with arabic dials and gold/blue hands. Tried the gold hands and finally switched to blue ones who looked better on this dial...
I still have other 6497,2836-2,2801-2 and 2500-c movements so I'll continue!...

Thanks! No...Scratching cases in the sand, dipping dials in tea, crackling crystals with heating flames and ripping them on concrete walls...Not my stylesubtlelaugh.gif
Old is old, new is new: Imitating old by damaging the new is not what I do...
I'm not trying to build something fake who look like it been through battles: Just imitate the style of the original for the pleasure to own it for a 1000th of the price and still housing a great movement making it LONG lasting.
Remember that those originals was new and shiny on them first day...
Wearing a fake battle-endured watch is like wearing a fake Rolex on quartz in my eyes .
