Still sick and 3rd day stuck inside, I hate doing nothing being stuck in bed:(
It'll be 4th day with the old Seamaster 1040 though thumbsup.gif

Thank you. I did keep the original dial with its many signs of wear and memories that go with it!
Though I'm not a mesh fan, I did think about getting one for this specifi watch. I like how the lugs are 22mm, nice for an old watch, as it allows for plenty of options. I may even try a leather strap for work. I need to find a stock bracelet with end links at some point.

Afternoon switch to Remora. Love this new addition. BTW been reading about the size and specs, which state 42mm so took out the calipers and measured. From 10 -4 it is much closer to 44 mm 43.7. Perhaps why everyone says it plays larger because it is.
