Christmas bakery

I've got to ask Phil! What are you baking here? Looks like a Christmas bakery item I need to learn how to make! thumbsup.gif

It looks like some sort of tasty graham cracker, gooey chocolate thing...any similarity to S'mores in the USA and Canada??? (you may have to google S'mores)

Chris, this is a kind of cake. He is called "Kalter Hund   (Cold Dog)"  in Germany.

The ingredients are:

- classic butter biscuits
- coconut butter
- real cocoa powder (not instant)
- coffee
- eggs
- milk
- sugar
- rum

The cake has to be in the fridge.

It tastes of cocoa and slightly of coffee. Very chocolaty.

This is the result.

Love this kind of cake !my love.gif

But be careful, the cake is very rich.
Very much calories.subtlelaugh.gif
