After 70°F on Friday...a much needed snow storm is rolling through today (snow should be piling up throughout the day), and I'm starting with the one I ended with last night.

I must be getting old Oscar! For some reason, I didn't recognize the additional "Zulu" features of this one when you posted it before...thought you might have added another Tactico. Either way...really like this one, as it offers something unique and different!

I am not a ROLEX fan. I like the watches but I am not a fan. Only this Seadweller, this is awesome. Chris Do you have a side (profile) pic ?

Thanks Phil!...the Seadweller does it for me as well. I think you would really enjoy owning one, and I think owning one from the house of R would make you a believer (and dare I say fan) of the brand as well. I can tell you one thing, in addition to the build quality, I'm a huge fan of how they appreciate over time...I was looking up the 16600 Seadwellers a few days ago and was surprised at how the market price on these just keeps going up, and up, and up. Here's a side'ish view of mine on the Nato.

Guess it really just depends on what you want in your lineup. One thing is for sure...you can hand one down to your princess without concern for future parts availability and servicing options, and the darn thing will likely appreciate steadily as you enjoy it over time. I waited a decade (well, actually longer than that to pick up my first Rolex...my first crush was the white dial Daytona, and I still really like them very much), to pick up my first and my only regret was waiting that long to pick one up. I've got a few others that I really like...the Explorer II white dial, the blue dial Datejust 41, the older GMTs (well, and the newer ones too!), and the Milgauss (would likely go for the blue dial 116400 or the black dial/green sapphire model). ...and it looks like we now know that it will be the Patriots & Eagles in the Super Bowl this year!
