This is my latest. I actually thought I was getting the newer version with the black dial and a diving bezel insert:

Instead, I got the earlier version of the GlobeMaster, with now defunct Bernhardt Instruments on its brilliant blue dial, orange accents and 24hrs insert. The more I look at the watch, the happier I am. I realized, that with the exception of my Orange Monster and this one's younger cousin grey-dialed Sea Shark, all my watches have black dials. This provides such a nice departure from this trend and will be a great "summer watch":

I really like the dark colours of the new model. Can that one come with a 24h bezel like the model you have? Except not in the same colours?

I prefer the bezel and color combo you received. Classic Caribbean color combo.Never could quite decide if I loved or hated the GMT hand on this model. Regardless it looks solid as a rock and like a breath of fresh air!! Enjoy!!

This is the question best addressed to Fred Amos  at Bernhardt: http://www.bernhardtwatch.com/

Great Globemaster! hand6.gif

When they first came out I wanted to get one but felt like I had enough blue dials and kept passing until they were no longer available which was dumb on my part.  When Fred came out with the new version I put my name on the preorder list.  The new one is really nice too, with just a hint of yellow in the GMT hand.

Congrats!

Cheers,
Griff
