Both have the Quartz high torque movement and both have the samme depth rating 300m/1000ft.

Nice score Teddy !  I ordered my JSAR Friday morning, and had it in my hands by 2pm Friday afternoon.  Courtesy of Bob at MWR.  (Helps that we live pretty close to each other)  Looks great on the bracelet !

I wonder why they didnt use tritium tubes on it?

Do you know if they make a JSar with Tritium?

Huck no they do not make the JSAR with Tritium and the reason...man I read this somewhere. I had this...mistake.gif.  I think the all mighty dollar, also I bet Marathon saved money by using the C3 instead of using the tubes, well maybe Ken, Steve, O, Tony, Pax, Avery oh I forgot Demo or Eric L are Lume buffs maybe one of these guys will chime in.
