Just came in, Steinhart Ocean 1 GMT , great quality, as I knew it would be! I'm Very happy with it so far.

I wish it was a tad bit bigger, but it looks great once you have it on!

Just about everyone knows the info on them and most of you have this watch, so no need to say more, here's some pics.

in the future please resize your pics to 800x600 and under 100,000 bytes bandwidth(these exceed 800,000 bytes)...these pics are too large and causing some members problems downloading...

Excellent choice. Can't go wrong with an Ocean diver from Steinhart.
Wear it on good health!

Classic looking GMT. Though many already know the watch it is always helpful to give details to those who may not. This is a real GMT movement 2893 in a package with all the right bits, not like some of these bastardized 2836 "GMT" watches. A great combo of quality and value here.

Beautiful acquisition, a great look.

Question I should know: Is the current Steinhart the European brand name and Debraufre the US? They are the same company correct?

I believe they are actually two separate companies now...but not quite certain. However, for whatever reason it almost seems the Steinharts are more desirable than the DeBaufres.homerthinks.gif JMHO.
