Jeepers Creepers, Leeye. It looks so good on your wrist....in fact, looks small. Big Congrats to you, amigo.

Lug is 24mm, right? Can you tell me something about the rubber strap? What sort of buckle does it have?

Nice-looking 305 you have, too.

Hey Jeff...lugs are 22mm but I just put mine on a 24mm buckskin from Savage this morning that is very soft and it fits fine(see below)...buckles are ss right now but Peter is making Ti buckles, lug screws and tool for the Gauge owners and will be sent out asap....straps are a black Zulu and a faux isophrane that is pretty nice imo....so 22 or 24mm will work depending on the strap...I like how the 24mm fills the gap.ThumbsUp02.gif

Yes The Gauge looks big but the actual watch wear nicely on the wrist. Don't expect to hide the Gauge under your sleeve.

In the comparison, it is a 243. A 305 would have been slightly bigger (but not much thicker) as compared to the Gauge. Just look at the massive doom sapphire crystal.

Yes the Gauge wears 22mm straps. I have in mind mounting dive strap, mesh bracelet or vintage leather.

Thanks, Oscar. I think a 24mm leather strap would fit just fine like what you did on yours. As for the buckles, it's a good thing Peter will have ti buckles too so that the match wold be perfect although I think I can talk to a bronzesmith here and maybe he can form me a perfect bronze GPF-Pre Mod buckle which will surley match the bronze bezel perfectly.

I have a spare Isofrane in dark blue waiting and maybe that might look good. I recently landed several ti buckles in various widths so I guess an Isofrane with ti buckle will also fit just fine.

I think we WIS can be very creative with the way we can mix and match various leathers and combinations on the Gauge. I can hardly wait to get mine and Peter has reserved #9 for me already. Yahooooo!!!

@ Leeye...thanks for the clarifications, Leeye.
Your pix are great.

@ Jason...thanks for the pix, amigo. I was able to size up relative sizes based on your very helpful pix and I think the gauge is a little bigger than on some of your oix because of the various distances from the camera lens. I think it's really as big as the Flieger you showed it with.

Thanks guys! Very helpful!
