Congrats on the new Skindiver.  That domed crystal is awesome.

What's the lug to lug length?  With straight lugs it really seems to sit off the edges of the wrist more than other Helsons.

Strange you had to mention that Johnny P...here's a picture of my biggest watch that might be of interest to you considering your 10 inch wristsbamby.gif

I agree Oscar, I think this is the best homage to the FF I've seen. Also, I think the quality of the Helson slightly edges out the MKII Stingray. The dial and case quality are about the same, but the lume on the Skindiver is MUCH better, and it's more accurate than the Stingray I used to have. My custom Stingray was +4 sec. out of the box. I've been timing my Skindiver for 21 hours, and it is still spot on with time.gov.

Here's mine on an olive green zulu:

Yes, Philip. It's a desk clock and I just played an illusion by putting a wide carpenter's belt under it. I was reserving that picture for a situation like this and play a playful trick on Johnny P. dog smile.gif

Wow I have to admit regret in not going after one of these. At first look it seemed too similar to the MKII Stingray I had and never bonded with on account of it being too sterile, cold, heartless.

This certainly seems to be a warm organic homage to the FF with the double domed acrylic xtal and the psuedo aged ornge lume.

Congrats to O and Brice and anyone else who snagged one!Thumbsup3.gif

Pax...I have a feeling someone will be (Flipper-ing) soon Buddy.dog smile.gif...anyways the 100Fathoms is a sweet homage as seen and to answer the lug to lug measurement,it is 52mm,and sits well on the wrist...here is a pic for Hulk on a braided Zulu...ThumbsUp02.gif
