Hi 3T. Introducing my new arrival and my first ever dive into the house of Tudor..........the BLACK BAY!!! I bought it in my home zone 2 days ago as I couldn't shake off the itch. Here are some pics. It came with an extra zulu with a buckle that resembles the upper outline of the Tudor shield.

Up close and personal

Some wrist shots

With his older cousin

A size comparison with my Sub TT (it's 41mm vs the 40mm of the Sb TT)

Check out the beautiful sidewall of the bezel and the notable work on the links

With 3 links removed, it weighs 162 grams. The Sub TT on the other hand, weighs about 151 grams, with 2 links. It doesn't have a Glidelock clasp, though.

While at the AD with my son, we also checked out the new 114060 C. That's another excellent piece. They are all shown below for size comparison.

Why I shot down the BB? It's just the right size and heft, has a unique feature (bezel color), amazing dial and indexes plus I couldn't sleep thinking of it the first time I saw it at the AD. (I'm sure the Sheriff will have an A.P.B. on me for doing this) Best of all, it's from a great house with a re-issue well worth adding to a collection.
Thanks for looking.

Incredible Jeff!!!  wowzer.gif bravo.gif thumbsup.gif party.gif

I think this is a tremendous re-issue from Tudor and I agree 100% with your summary on this one...sweet size, great design with the unique bezel color, dial design, and those snowflake hands too IMO.

Thank you for all the comparison pics showing it relative to quite a sweet lineup of Rolex timepieces.  I really like the size of this Tudor btw!

Don't tell anyone, but I've got serious watch envy my friend!!! ThumbsUp02.gif  You have been on quite a roll lately!!! happy guy.gif

Enjoy it for a long, long time to come buddy!!!

Jeff, a big whoooo hoooooo is in order!  Enjoy this one, buddy! It has been on my grail list since the launch.  With my Sub addiction, this has to be bought soon......but they are hard to find!  Pray, tell, did you have to bribe someone?subtlelaugh.gif
Enjoy!
