Been looking at this watch for awhile, I'm a tungsten fan and have wanted a tungsten watch.

Saw it on a Deal of the Day site last week and decided to pull the trigger.

This is a massive watch at 50mm weighing in at 218 grams on the leather strap and is 16mm thick. Surprisingly, even though it has huge wrist presence it is quite comfortable to wear.

Not usually a fan of MOP dials but the black MOP dial is quite nice on this watch.

The engine is a ETA 2824.

The only thing I don't like and have said the same on other Android watches is the bullet shaped magnifier...could have done without that. Other than that I love it and hope to see more watches in tungsten.

Nice grab, Nic. That's a great material to use for a watch case and I've been looking at a few pieces lately. You are right about the slug-shaped magnifier though. Could have been better if round to complement the case screws.

Congrats on a nice piece there. I have the same one with the MOP dial and have it on a big black bund strap which makes it all quite comfy albeit that you do know you have it on as it has a hell of a heft to it.

The magnifier is (slowly) growing on me but not quite there yet.
