Full kit, warranty and card, manual, hang tag, etc.

These ship with the new soft silicone/rubber/PU strap whatever it's made out of.

It's a beautiful homage to the 6309 glossy lume on the dial doesn't quite match the daylight color of the lume on the hands but the lume on the hands isn't glossy so I suspect it's really the same color but the different finish makes the daylight color look different. Both the dial and hands have the expected atomic Seiko lume.

Chapter ring alignment is slightly off from the dial, not sure if it's the ring or if the dial needs adjustment but it seems to be a common "feature" of new Seiko's so I won't let it bother me. When I open it up to time it I'll adjust the dial and chapter ring properly but I'm not in a hurry.

One of the great features that has returned with this model is drilled lugs so I finally have a use for some fat shoulder-less springbars I have been hording...

I can't think of anything else to say, I'll just wear it and enjoy it and let you look at some quick and dirty pictures.

Another great new arrival Chris !

The new Turtle is on my list since they shown from SEIKO in the news.

The alignment problem is there for quite some time. On a few other SEIKO diver too.
For example on the SUMO's.
It annoys me mightily. crazy.gif

What's going wrong with SEIKO !?

Nevertheless, I'm going to buy one of these new TURTLE's.

Well, well Chris!!! A nice 2-fer arrival sequence you've got going today!!! happy guy.gif

I absolutely love it! The SRP779 pepsi is the version that has my eye the most given the different variations of these new Turtles announced by Seiko (very cool to see you found one already and hopefully for a reasonable price). I've been looking periodically, and it seems like the places that have them in stock are gouging a bit on the price. I guess the general stock isn't supposed to hit the market until the new year.

Again, big congrats on another awesome new arrival! thumbsup.gif

The cash price on this one is about 220 US but you will have to fly to Malaysia or the Philippines to get the cash price... for the rest of the world it should be about 100 more so anything around 320 is OK, I got mine from watches88 paid to be the first kid on the block with it. It will be interesting to see where the price settles at once they are available everywhere.

Thanks for the info and reference Chris. I was seeing asking prices around $450 at a few sources, which seemed a little excessive over the cash price that you noted.

All versions of these new ones are very cool, but like I said...really diggin' the pepsi version and it looks like many are also liking that version. Thanks again for the reference.thumbsup.gif

I placed an order for two of the versions last night...was notified the pepsi already out of stock until late January 2016! mistake.gif My search for a pepsi will continue into the new year (I have an all-blue on ss bracelet incoming in the new year though).

Looks like you might have gotten some of the last in-stock Pepsi turtles Chis & Oscar! thumbsup.gif

he has them Chris, but Maylasia could take time to arrive,,,,Chrono24 has all of them, but price upon request(looks like someone is trying to capitalize on the demand) ...my order with watches88 was refunded this morning with a "sorry,we ran out of stock, more in Jan.16'...so I got a hold of Wayne (wayneswatches) and was able to pick up the Seiko SRP775K1(black & gold) ...reminds me of WUS in the early years when everything new and popular sold out in minutes, like when the Orange Monster 1st came out!dog smile.gif
