Fairly good but NOT great. Since I put it on a Watchadoo I am much happier with it, but I am a bracelet loving man...

The staps that come with it are not so great except for the color coded Lorica strap whih the watch come on. I just couldn't get comfortable wearing an orange srap. the rubber is cheap and at least I got one of the faux croc ones without a glue spot on the underside. CJ's has one aqnd you can see it clearly it the one for sale at WUS

The watch is comfortable with a nice case. As I said before, the bezel is a bit bothersome to me for a few reasons. I don't care for the painted markers on it, it doesn't line up properly (just off a mm or so) and it just appears a bit cheap to me.

The watch aslo should be regulated as this one is a bit of a runner at about +12 - +15 per day.

there are good points, tough. The price was right although I think for the money i would pursue a Seastar. The orange dial is attractive to me. It's coloring is quite close to the Broadarrow PRS-11 I have. The black date ring is nice as well. The case is a nice size and seems well done. to me the watch is a bit toolish but still sleek and somewhat refined. There are no crown guards which doesn't bother me. The wnding stem is a bit weak and wobbly.

I view this watch as a step above an outright beater. Call it a "kick around" watch if you will. I can wear this a not worry about too much.

These were being sold at $399 from the vendor. I have noted some of his postings listing them as $499 but I think if you go to his site they are sale priced at $399. Wih the discount from your memeber ship at the forum where post count is king (10% I think) it'll come in between $350 and $400 with shipping.  I think Xtroopers $300 is about right too.

I should mention you need to take a look back ot the posts here and you will find these can be made with wahtever name you want on the dial. You'll also not the vendor is selling more styles including chrono and fleiger. The paperwork is ambiguous so any issues would have to go through the vnedor during warranty.

I also found in the copy of the origina invoice an item that was bothersome. It was noted as "rev share" and had a link back to this forum and a specific post. On the paperwork it was only a partial URL. Here it is:
Rev-Share URL: http://www.timetechtalk.com/view_topic.php%3Fid%3D4382%26amp%3B

I played with that code and it lead me to this:

I just removed the non pertinent artifacts.  What it all means, who knows.  I just don't see NauticFish as anything more than a marketing name for a generic watch.  Even the the original Nauticfish has appeared with different brand names stamped on it.

Kinda hinky that the "rev share" link leads back to an "informational" post by a member here...

Can anyone explain this?

Could you elaborate on this statement, as who is making a commish, not sure if you’re referring to me? Want to make sure before I reply.

This is a scan of the paperwork. You will see an item "Rev-Share URL" which leads to the original post regarding the NauticFish. That's the item I am uncertain about and wonder if there is an explanation. I purchased the watch from another forum member and haven't contacted the seller for an expnation.

That's  strange because Panatime was busted here for false advertisement on the movement, by me of course with the help Canadajo photos. I think it was him.face4.gif

But you can write Panatime for why they used this URL, I definely don't know.

Guys, the rev-share URL is a YAHOO feature for YAHOO stores like Panatime.  From Yahoo:

'The "Rev-Share URL" field shows the web address of the page that your customer was visiting immediately prior to entering your Yahoo! Store (on their initial visit within the last 30 days)'

It has nothing to with actually sharing any revenue or kickbacks or commissions etc.  It just meant on that invoice that the original buyer had jumped to the Panatime store from the URL link to Panatime in the referenced 3T thread. It is also Yahoo's way of tracking if the charge the 3.5% fee for network sharing (referred from another URL on Yahoo).
