Steve,

Yes mine is the older version or original version I guess. Mine is out of production and was replaced by the newer case and bracelet design that Skip has...sorry I did not notice that until now.:)

Here's a little different shot showing the unique bracelet design and I guess the term is a coined edge case???

I guess it depends on the class of watch for my Grails. My 775x watches I guess fit that bill to especially the George J von Burg's And the Chase-Dürer LE of 300 and the RLT38 LE. LOL ;)

I have seen the other case a few times but mostly with the GMT version. But yea both cases are floating about.

So glad I got it. For it was a sour transaction with the seller. :X Yuk :(

The Gervil is definetly a grail type watch to anybody ...I liken the brand to all the old classic high-end watches

Well I am just a WIS addict big time. Medical retired, no family other than 4 cats and no life out side a few hobbies mostly online besides my watches and a cheap knife collection and Bible collection I maintain. :)

I'm like a kid in a candy store. I see it I want it I get it. LOL :D
