The Seiko SKZ255 "FrankenMonster" Landed yesterday from Marc at IslandWatch and it is a Awesome Brute of a watch imho...TY Marc!thankyou.gif...at 47mm it has the look and feel of a Big watch yet wears like a watch much smallerwatch2.gifThe composite case is a plus imo as it lends a new dimension and feel to to a watch that still has plenty of weight to satisfy even the purist of Dive watch fanswoohoo.gifThe knurling/IP plating is flawless as is the ever popular Seiko Lume!....the attention to detail like the red tipped second hand is a great touch....this is a watch I feel is as much of a must have as the original Monster for any WIS' collectionhand6.gif

Looks nice...Are the "lugs" om the side of the case of any functional value?  Or are they just a design feature?  Oh...and what materials compose the case?

Looks great Oscar...  this one's becoming a fav I think... and Ken, the 'lugs' around the side of the case hold the plastic shroud in place...
