Obviously its all about him. His nonsensical allegations are laughable. Its actually funny to compare his retirement press conference to his recent interviews with Vansustren. He needs to man up and take accountability for his decision and stop blaming Ted Thompson and Mike McCarthy...

I agree completely with this part of Pax's statement.

As an aside, I think the Packers are playing it coy to generate trade interest, so they can at least get some money out of this deal - - after all, Favre is still under contract with the Pack.

I think Favre will play...that the Pack will successfully trade him outside their division, and that he will have a lousy season and wished he had stayed retired...and a Packer!

...just one man's opinion.

And may he rot in NY. Just proves Brett Favre is all about one thing... and that is Brett Favre.

Listen the Packers were willing to eat crow and begin again after this indecisive prick apparently made up his mind to be reinstated. What did he do? He came to Green Bay and then cried like a baby saying he couldn't get beyond what had happened. Cry baby!!

He had made our GM a villain. He has held the Packers hostage at the end of every season for a number of years and this year he finally made a decison... which he apparently regretted and then communicated that to the Packers who were going to send emissaries to his compound in BFE until he told them not too. Whatever... he just crapped on the Packers and Green Bay and I for one will never forgive.

I have a lot of great memories of Favre and some mementos I may or may not burn... or sell... or keep. However here's my last memory of Favre on the field. I only wish I could give you the perspective of being in the South endzone of Lambeau when this took place.

And the Jets?? HaHaHa!!subtlelaugh.gif All the things he didn't want to do... study film, the playbook, etc... the work behind the game... he'll need to do in an all new system. Good luck you dumb ass redneck. The Packers picked him off the scrap heap when he was on overweight tub o'lard ready to get booted out of Atlanta and Mike Holmgren made him into a quarterback. So now he's gonna save the Jets? Yeah right?

I told my son this morning Favre ahd been traded to the Jets. He said "I don't care. I already have a new favorite Packer." Oh I wish I could be so forgiving...face4.gif
