For those of you who enjoy UFC type fighting and would like to know more about the Armys program, then do a Google search for Matt Larsen and this threads title. I just finished my Level 1 certification which Is a 40hr course and consisted of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. There are 4 levels of certification in the Armys program and Level 1 & 3 are supposedly the hardest with 3 being at the top of the list. I had a great time doing this and learned a lot in a short amount of time. My body took a little bit of a pounding but it was worth it.
