Thank you, Alina....great song with a great video.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of delivering toys and gift to two Military families in the southern Arizona area.  An anonymous family adopts local 2 military families in need each year.  Suzan and I get to pick the families and this year we chose 2 Army families from Ft Huachuca (in Sierra Vista, AZ), as the last two years we have picked Air Force families from Davis- Monthan AFB.  We usually contact the base/post chaplain who provide us with names of those in need.  We then provide the donor with the ages. sizes and gender of those in the families we choose, and then the anonymous donor spends about $1,000 per family providing toys, clothing and other needs of the family.

This year we selected one family with several children whose father is deployed to Afghanistan and another, whose combat Veteran father, a Specialist E-4, recently returned from Afghanistan with a diagnosis of Leukemia.

I took the boys with me for the ride to Ft Huachuca so that they could help deliver the packages and thank these families for supporting their freedoms.

Merry Christmas...I feel blessed to be a member of this great group that so widely supports and respects those who defend us.  Christmas is about giving and giving back...and all of you do that so well!
