After consulting with me my wife got me one of the Go Pro Hero 960 camera kits for a Father's Day gift. This is an HD camera designed for recording action sports which has a variety of mounting options as well as a high impact waterproof casing. After doing a test run using it as a dash cam in in the car I thought I would try to represent my POV when we are boating on our local waterway. My son was away at a friends for a sleepover last night so I took my ladies for a little sunset cruise on the Fox River which is just minutes from our home. Of course before cruising I had to open her up a bit. This is footage of our run down river.

For best results and to really see what this camera is capable of watch this video in full screen with the 720p resolution. Thanks for having a look.

That's a great camera, Mark. But that boat is just what I need. The engines are in tip top condition. Twin Yamaha?15 footer? WOW!

Thanks Jeff. She is a fun little run-about and the video shows her flat out doing about 40mph. She's powered by a Mercruiser 3.0 Alpha I i/o which puts out 135 hp. Not gonna rip your fillings out but plenty of fun for the kids on tubes.
