Having looked at pmwf for ages trying to find a diver I like, I finally found Orsa.
Just pulled the trigger on a green Monstrum.
One thing that really annoys me is when someone else wears the same watch at work...not much chance of that...or is there?

Just one question, do these have serial numbers etched on them anywhere?

First off welcome to 3T. And congrats on finding and scoring a green Monstrum. The only chance of your running into another at work is if you work with other WIS with like taste. ;)

I've never seen another person around town here with another Orsa which is nice in a way. Had a few folks ask about both my Monstrum and Sea Anglers though.

Cool pickup Cootuk.
No serial numbers, just a awesome picture of a giant squid attacking a submarine with the words....
ORSA AUTOMATIC ALL STAINLESS STEEL 300M SAPPHIRE CRYSTAL around the picture on the case back.

Come to think of it....the giant squid might be a fabled Sea Monster instead:), which would make since considering the name of the watch.

I thought it more along the lines of a Kraken attacking a sub like the Nautilus from Jules Verne.

Tuesday 11th June a parcel arrices with french/english markings.

Quite a neat bag, but watch seems a bit lonely without instructions :(

Trepidation as this is the first watch where I have cut the band to resize, but all goes well.

Quite heavy on the wrist for the first few minutes.

Wife hates it perfect.gif

The rotor does sound a little noisy...the sort of spin noise you get in those games where you have to catch the ball bearing in the hole....
After a few minutes get used to weight.
Very classy snap on the deployment.
Quite a domineering watch.

Size comparison - Orsa green Monstrum, Omega Seamaster 752, Lorus quartz titanium

Plus I also like the 'sucker' design on the reverse of the strap...not often mentioned.
