....is a huge understatement!

The watch was shipped y'day and it was in my hands early this afternoon, living in Montreal does have it's benefits ;)

This watch is definitely a high-quality tool watch if I've ever seen one.

Thanks to Mr. Berg for the excellent service....Very quick and super friendly.

I've taken a few pix to share, unfortunately, they just don't do this watch justice.

Cheers!

I am so excited for you. I was just looking at the tracking for mine on Canada Post and I thought, "I wonder if Soda got his today?" So I jumped online and hear yours is. Thanks for the pics, they will have to tie me over until mine arrives all the way in Sunny California.
I appreciate the buckle shot. I bet there is a wealth knowledge on this site as how not to cut the strap too short. I want to hear how that goes.

     It's cool to be you.
enjoy

Cut once, Measure twice?  I cut mine too short and every time I measure it comes out the same. I must have done something wrong... mistake.gif    I'll keep measuring, But how do I know when it's done?
Thanks for the help, Paxman. I guess if I mess it up I can get another from the Orsa site.
Enjoy.
PS  mine is in the USA somewhere...

When trimming a rubber strap always take baby steps. One from 12:00 side, try it on, one from 6:00 side, try it on. Never make the first cut expecting it to be the only one. Do it incrementally from both sides and remember to use the fine tuning on the clasp for micro-adjustments.

And when I say measure I guess I should explain I don't mean it literally. My wrist is 7.25 but this doesn't mean I have a fool-proof number or measurement. Its always trimming, trying it on and then trimming again as needed.

Hmmmm....good to know, Mark. Glad I read this post....just in case I'd need to do a cut myself someday.

Sodapop, that's a great-looking watch and your pix are nice too. Wear that in good health. Big Congratshand6.gif

Thank you Paxman, I really appreciate that. I don't mind looking like a fool, but I would rather not be a fool.
Now I feel confident that I can cut my own strap without it becoming a cautionary tale. hand6.gif    Enjoy
