Well I decided to pull the trigger on this baby, it just arrived yesterday from a real gentleman and a great seller on WUS from the Netherlands I believe and I am very pleased with it.

I love the heft of the watch and the slightly unusual look of the dial. It is keeping great time and I have no complaints. It is #1/50 so I think that is sort of nice to have. What do you guys think?

I suppose a Monstrum is next.
I am usually a Seiko guy but this brand has really turned my head ( don't get me wrong I still love my Seikos, pretty hard to oust them !!)

I saw it on WUS, was a bit expensive but I guess that there is a price to pay to get #1 !  This is my favorite SA and yours looks very good on the Watchadoo.  Big congrats for a very, very nice ORSA!

same here! Saw it on WUS and had cash from
the sale of my Vortex but just couldn't get myself to pull the trigger at such high price as I already have two SA's :)
but it looks absolutely wonderful!!!! And to have the #1, wow how special on an already awesome, rare and well built piece like the Silver Surfer!!!
Congrats!!!

Thanks Guys ...  I am happy you all seem to like it, as I said I am very pleased and was able to pay quite a bit less than the asking price :)
