Hello all!

I thought I had gone through every bit of info to be found on this forum about the Sea Viper, and then suddenly something blindingly obvious struck me looking at the luminance photo:

There is really no luminating material on the bezel?

Please correct me if I'm wrong, as I really hope.

It was never stated that the bezel would be luminous so why would you think that?

Well, I must have misunderstood the post with pictures of the dial, a ring I assumed outer ring and the bezel, in the thread "Orsa Sea Viper 500M design completed!!!" posted a while back, saying "all you see in white will be lumed exept for the outer ring".  Also I must have taken some illumination somehow granted. My bad. crap.gif

Does not make me think of cancelling the preorder, I just hope the lack of illumination indicating the Bezel position does not effect usability in dark conditions.

In this picture from the Orsa site, it does appear that there may be some lume on the inner ring of the bezel, or maybe it's justs stands out because the numbers are white.

Update: I asked through the Orsa website of a possibility to mod a Sea Viper by planting a lume pip in it. Got an answer from Martin: The mod is impossible, the arrow IS lume ThumbsUp02.gif

My worries above were unfounded!
