A contrast between the second hand and minute/hour hands would be nicer I think - orange hands with white second or white hands with orange second.  This was the way with all the other Sea Anglers.  These also look like Monstrum hands (which are a little thicker than Sea Angler hands).

This is the black Sea Angler I remember . . . all the hands were white, not orange/white.

I do agree they look like Monstrum hands this time . .  . or maybe it is just because of the small picture

Still no word on the crystal .  .  .  sapphire or not?

I hope it is a saphire crystal .

Just my opinion but a white second would be better ,the one shown is not the right match for the orange numbers and  would bug me. So well done Berg

The Black Sea Angler in the photo by Matt V. is custom. He had the hands painted white.

Here's a shot of how the original dial / hands were (aftermarket deployment strap).

Well s**t, now I don't know which combo I like better!

(Thanks for the clarification DEMO)

I'd also like to add to the growing list of questions;

1.  Sapphire?

2.  Swiss-made?

My guess would be no to both questions, if this is in the vein of the old Sea Angler (only the lume and silver dial were Swiss Made - assembled by Cattin).

I also notice the date shifted to the 4 o'clock position.

Berg looks cool.  I like the look.  Yes I think it's a good idea to make the second hand white and not leaving it orange, unless you were to make them like the old Anglers, orange trim around all the hands.

Here's a thought....how about an all-lumed second hand?  The little square on the base of it doesn't have much lume and is hard to see in the dark.

Sorry Oscar I must have misread the original thread as I thought the watchmaker only had the movements and holders for now.  You can't blame a WIS for trying though.  :)

Even with all white hands I'm sure the watch will be a stunner like all the Sea Anglers have been.  Can't wait to see the pics.

I was hoping there would be a sapphire crystal option like on past Sea Anglers.  My Orangina had a sapphire.  Kinda wish I hadn't flipped that one!
