Hey Christian Steve and I have been doing our part!!toon1.gif

I can only say too many quick meals out as of late.

Had a great dinner last night!! Ordered this:

Pot Pie De Mariscos
Juan's trip to the Gulf paid off! Fresh shrimp, scallops and crab baked with parmesan cheese and cream within a homemade cilantro puff pastry.

 

Bloody delicious!! Wish I had my camera as it was something else...

Speaking of... will be posting pics later of the goulash my wife and daughter made using chef onkel's recipe (delish btw).   Also, they made a 'fruit' pizza for dessert which I will include as well..  :cool:

I feel like such a dunce mistake.gif..... we had our annual Wisconsin fish fri with the whole family over last sunday .... but I forgot my camera mistake.gif We all had fish that we had caught ourselves dipped in egg the corncrumbs .....salt and peppered the dropped in boiling oil ....YUM ....typical fare accompanied ....homemade bakedbeans ...potatosalad ......many desserts .....I will NOT forget my camera again
