Oh these are awesome. I just love these so much. An aunt of mine use to take to all family reunions and get togethers. I was all over them. :) :D

Oh yes there's interest!  Please post the recipe and I will do this one this weekend.  I love stuffed peppers - my mother used to make it; with a ground beef and rice mixture I believe...  :cool:

I make my own with seasoned meat (whatever's in the pantry; garlic, basil, oregano, bread crumbs, egg, etc. . . .) I stuff the peppers with the raw meat and cook them on the stove for about an hour.

I'd love to see yours!!!!
