Just back from a spot of game fishing off the coast of nort-eastern Australia. Also managed to get in a few dives on the reef (the Great Barrier Reef) while there, and look forward to going back next year with my Megalodon.

Here is a picture of a Marlin one of the guys brough in (catch and release).

Cheers,

Jo

Jo, do you know what bait was used to get the marlin? Looks really awesome. The line was too big though.....were they rigged for Shamu?subtlelaugh.gif Hats off for the catch and release guys.

Thanks for sharing the picture!!!

Hello Ralf & Steve - if possible, black date wheel please. cheers.

yes, the date wheel will be black... that is one of the reasons these photos say "Factory Sample"

Hello Steve, Fantastic. Thanks for confirming.

Separately, is the engraving on the crown just interim? or is it the final version? I do not recognise the design. Just wondering. cheers.

I'm wondering that as well. The tooth design with the abstract " B " in the middle is cool but I prefer the bold "B" on the other models.

No kidding!  I'd better starting working on those dumbells collecting dust at my house. :P  I guess I'll need a shark skin strap to lighten the load a little bit. ;)

Might want to be more specific. Allot has already been discussed in other threads the past few months. ;)

We baited with Tuna. I think the line is heavy duty as Marlin can weigh well in excess of 1000 pounds. The one we caught was 650 pounds.

Cheers,

Hi

Looks good. I know it's hard to say but do you think we are still looking for a pre Christmas release?
