It's a waiting game for the arrival of my 2nd hand Meg.....But as soon as I receive it I'll try to come up with something creative, take a few pics and post. Too bad it is not camping season, I go 3-4 times in the spring/summer for 5-7 days in the wild. I can get some good pics then.

Hammerfjord pics really show the spirit of the meg IMHO. Big, Bold, Tuff and Classy!

thankyou.gifPersonally, my favorite is the #4 when the watch hang on an ice pick, because it's an unusual shot. I was a bit nervous while taking the shot that the watch hook-off , fall , break the thin ice under and go down the fjord a half meter deep: I didn't feel like puting my arm in the water and search for it:D

Thanks man! There's thousand of possibilities with the winter if you got some ice or snow outside also: I was thinking about taking some shots with the watch half-bading in icy water to but I'll maybe do it next time...It was enough shots and I also should let the place to the others here;)

Thanks! Yes, they are sperm-whale teeth: Real ones all of them. The Norwegian whalers was fishing/hunting the sperwhales until 1972(If I don't mistake) and those teeth are from this time. We fish/hunt other whales now who are smaller and got no teeth : The Minke-whales. It happen actualy in waters not so far from where I live...
We got killer-whales also but they are protected.
Sperm-whale colonies can be observed not so far from where I live, near a big island: Andøya.
