I just wanted to give thanks to Steve and Ralf and huge props to Benarus as a company. As alot of you have read I was in a bike accident that kinda trashed me, my bike, and my Meg I. Bike is fixed, I am on the mend, and I just got my meg back from Benarus. My Meg looks brand new thank you so much Steve and Ralf!!!!.. I have never in my 46 yrs of life dealt with such great customer service as I have with Benarus. From communication and to the quality of the product no other company i have ever dealt with tops Ralf, Steve, and Benarus!!! Thanks for the outstanding service, care, and product. You are Number 1 in my book. Much appreciationand love. Greg

I'm glad to hear you're on the mend, and I'm not surprised that Steve and Ralf are taking care of things. When I bought my Barracuda, I didn't get in on the pre-order, so I knew I wouldn't be getting the leather strap that all the pre-order folks got. About 3 weeks after I got the cuda, I checked the mail, and there was a package from Germany. I opened it up to find the leather strap for the cuda. I didn't even ask Ralf for it...he just sent it!

All I can say is wow. I just ordered my Remora and should receive it tomorrow...Why tomorrow? Because Steve went beyond great service responding to emails and getting the shipment ordered how i needed it done. Steve...You rock!!!

Service from Benarus is FIRST CLASS. I love my PVD Moray 2 and Steve was gracious enough to send my Bronze Moray back to the factory for the correct dial. Service always above and beyond. Titanium hungary!

Steve was very responsive to me and CS is outstanding. I was not fortunate enough to have been a member and have an insight to the Moray 2 preorder. When I saw a post that there were about 20 Moray II going to be available, I immediately reached out to Steve to see if I could secure a watch. He was quick to respond via e-mail and I am now the proud owner of #27. Thanks Steve!
