I'm going to regularly photograph mine to record the colouration of the bronze over time.

Thanks Brice! You are correct...the Bronze Moray Series 2 is a different Bronze formulation all together...I have no idea what to expect in terms of differences in Patina.  I can tell you that based on my experience with Brushed and Blasted Bronze of the same formulation, the Blasted seems to take on patina more quickly (don't know if this is do to the metal being more "opened up" or what, but those are my observations).

I'm looking forward to seeing the Bronze Moray Case in the different, upcoming Brushed version...I think it will look spectacular!

Yes...should look sort of like the Helson Bronze Shark Diver with it's Blasted Crown (although I do really like the contrast of the brushed ss crown on mine).

whichone.gif...you'd trust me with your pride and joy with a patina spa treatment???...that would make me a bit nervous I think bro...too much pressure to not screw it up!!!subtlelaugh.gif

So yes, it is important to me!
I don't know the cost .. be sure, I tell you (and I show you, of course !).
my question was:is the countdown bezel that important to you, to pay for it aftermarket, when you could have just reserved this bezel(pictured) at no cost?

I booked the bezel without engraving (model B), I would burn if it is not expensive ...
Watches with "countdown"bezel are few ...
The use of "Countdown" bezel is different from the "diver" bezel ...
With diver bezel, indicate the starting point (time diving) and the bezel shows the time elapsed since the start ...
With the "count down" bezel, the indication is the time not to exceed ... the numbers indicate the time remaining before this point.
I prefer to use this!

I know the 2 different style bezels and how they operate, but TY for the explanation my friend... apparently the countdown bezel is something you don't mind paying extra for,I look forward to your pics.ThumbsUp02.gif
