I just sent this email to the people on the reservation list who selected PVD coating for the upcoming Moray. I wanted to post it here for your information and to answer any questions people might have: --- Hello, We are starting production of the new Moray series. You are receiving this email it is because you have selected to have your Moray with a black PVD coating applied to the steel case. This process costs an extra $50 and we would like to collect the non-refundable payment at this time for the coating. If you do not think that you are going to be purchasing this watch, now would be the time to drop off of this reservation list because we will not make the watch with the PVD coating unless we have the commitment and payment for the process. You can send the payment to us in paypal as a "service" to the paypal address: SL@BENARUS.COM and we will confirm it on the reservation list that the payment has been made and the watch will be blasted and coated in black PVD. On the paypal notes write "PVD Coating". We can also send you an invoice to your email for the payment if you do not know how to make the payment in paypal to us. The main point here is that we will not apply the coating to a watch that does not have this payment made, those watches will be produced in a brushed steel finish. We need to move forward with production soon, so the deadline for this payment will be Monday, March 26, 2012. Thank you, and please let me know if you have any questions. Kind Regards, Steve Laughlin BENARUS

Thank you if you have paid for the PVD coating. I have a number of people on the reservation list who have not contacted me about it, today I have sent this email to the customers on the reservation list for a PVD Moray. If you have paid, you did not get this email... WARNING - Your Moray reservation will soon be cancelled! Last week we sent an email about paying for the PVD coating to remain on the reservation list for the upcoming steel Moray. You are receiving this email today because we have not heard from you. At the end of this week your reservation spot will be removed and the watch will be produced with a black dial and brushed case to later be sold on the website. We will not produce the watch in PVD if there is not a commitment to pay for the coating at this time. Please contact me today if you wish to remain on the reservation list. We are sending this second email because maybe you did not receive or read the first email?

The production can't begin until we have the list of watches organized for the factory, so this is causing a delay in getting the production started. That is why we will terminate the unpaid PVD orders at the end of this week and change those orders to brushed cases to later be sold on the website.
