I'll throw in my 2 cents.....without question the Barracuda was one of the best watch values of 2008 IMO...and my assumption is the Sea Devil and the Moray will be of equal value.

Not sure the point or concern of a watch that cost less than $500 holding it's value or going up in value....let's say it goes up 20%...a great return at $80, I'll be able to retire!! (sorry for the sarcasm)

I like the idea of an inexpensive, high quality watch as a LE...I can't tell you the number of times friends have seen the Barracuda or other LE watches I own and asked where they can get one.....I respond with "sorry they are sold out, only 100 made, you can't get one"....for me, I get more satisfaction out of that than any other reason to do with holding or increasing it's value.

What it does do is gets them interested in the new watches that are coming out under that brand....I have three friends that have Sea Devils ordered because they saw my Barracuda and could not get one.....

In my book I say that's "genius marketing" and keep it up Ralf....I think i speak for many WIS (100 anyway) in saying we love the Barracuda and look forward to future models.
