You may want to look at the Ducati Sport bikes and the Triumphs are making a Big comeback...both well made,but for reliability the Hondas and Kawasakis are still rated high ! Get a Consumer Guide issue on Bikes...they have all the good and bad of most every bike made...:D
looked at the honda rebel but it got bad reviews and has drum brakes and that is stupid in this day and age. i guess it is really retro in more ways than one. also 500.00 more. other choice is suzuki but katania. but they are lots more and kawa seems to have more reliable and better built bikes. open to suggestions from all.
