Something for Triton owners to file away, just in case.

I didn't want to tear into this until I had some spare lug tubes in hand, which arrived last week. I received several good suggestions and the first one I tried worked instantly.

I simply clamped a small Vice-Grip securely onto the strap where the tube runs through it (first placing a thick cloth between the tool and strap to prevent strap damage). That's all it took — the screw loosened and backed out immediately, without having to force it.

So all is well once again. Thanks to everyone for your help.
