 Ken, I am sure you have contacts so, I would just turn his sorry ass in and let the authorities give him what he deserves.  What a P.O.S.  It must be pretty bad when these guys lives are so empty that they have to cowardly bash people on the net.  They all need to get away from the computer for a while and get a life.
