First and foremost, we reviewed and considered customer feedback. Overwhelmingly, the comments were about the service we provided. As we considered our strategy moving forward, we decided that if service was what got us this far, it would be what carries us forward.
Rather than diminish our level of support to have discount coupons indiscriminately passed around the Internet, we have chosen to continue providing the positive shopping experience that so many of our long-time customers have grown accustom to.
We will continue to offer watch bands and other watch accessories at competitive prices. You will find many of our everyday prices below MSRP. On occasion, we will offer promotions that feature temporarily discounted items. However, no coupon codes will be required as the discounts will already be reflected in the prices.
Although there will no longer be a discount coupon code to use at The Watch Prince, we will strive to provide a level of service to our customers that exceeds the value of a coupon. We will continue offer same-day shipping of all in-stock items, 30-Day No-Hassle Returns, timely responses to email inquiries, and live telephone support. We also believe that our customers will not be disappointed in our prices.
The ability to use discount code TTTX10 will cease on May 1st, 2010.
P.S. Watch for the "Spring Cleaning Sale" that will be launched next week. There will be some very attractive discounts (no coupons required!).
