So the USPS tracking update stating it left Singapore April 27 means it hasn't reached the US yet?more than likely yes unless it hasn't been scanned in customs....you can call the usps and ask for a rep or stop in a PO who in turn can check your tracking # and let you know exactly where it is...they see more than the website shows.
