I think either a 35-37mm in stainless, or a 40-42 in stainless or ti would be a better bet. If you're aiming it at women I don't think ti is really necessary (ti is a little unusual and uncommon, as is a smaller women's watch from a micro brand, don't make things more complicated by combining the two). And if it's not aimed specifically at women 40-42mm is more universal in size. Plus, I don't think it has be a mini Moray, why not a totally new design? I love the Moray, but the whole thing will need designing and tooling up for; it's the perfect opportunity for a new design. But in short, yes I probably would buy one.
